I'm here telling you that what matters MOST is what you do next once you’ve faced your feelings.
Because Your ICONIC Impact is not ONLY about how you feel. It's about how you show up in the world. It's about the difference you make in the lives of others.
It is the combination of your talents, passions, and experiences that make you who you are today…and who you are becoming tomorrow. And it is the one thing that you can offer to this world that nobody else can.
Your ICONIC Impact is what makes you unique and special. It's what sets you apart from everybody else. And it's what will make you unforgettable.
What do we understand ICONIC to mean?
irreplaceable / one of a kind / influential / recognizable /

It's easy to get caught up in our own heads and think that we're never going to start that movement. Create that impact. Disrupt what needs to be disrupted. Step into that Visionary Leader role we know is ours.
But what I also know to be true is this: You CAN. You WILL. And you ARE ENOUGH.
Like I always say, this is #simplenoteasy
So given that, just want with me for a minute.
If you want to — really and truly want to — take the (literal or metaphorical) stage with your message, your vocation, and your calling.
I am certain it will be worth every moment of tension.
You must stretch yourself.
It will involve you being brave enough to confront the reasons you have stayed out of action and the resistance that is keeping you from what you say you want.
It will require you to look at all you have done, without the red pen of editorializing and discounting the efforts you’ve made and the outcomes you’ve created.
It will demand that you not go this alone.
It will mean you will gather your people, assemble your cast, bring your fans in close and trust in them.
And above all, it will demand that YOU trust in YOU.
So let these three little words wash over you.
Your ICONIC Impact
Because they are about to change your life and how you see yourself in this world - indefinitely.

And still, you will wrestle with Imposter Complex (IC), and every time you are at the precipice of your expansion, it will try to stop you.
The IC is that persistent voice inside your head that tells you:
You're not good enough. You're not smart enough. You don't know enough. If it were to happen, it would have happened by now.
And on and on it goes…
IC is the enemy of progress and success. It's the thief of joy and happiness. At its most benign, it’s a party crasher. At its most extreme, it’s a dream killer.
A hungry ghost that keeps people from stepping into the fullness of who they are…which deprives the world of that exquisite impact.
And throughout my whole life and career, I can point to the IC as the top reason folks give up on their dreams and goals and quit before the magic happens.
It feels like it’s a good time to introduce myself.
Because they are about to change your life and how you see yourself in this world - indefinitely.

The more I coach, teach and write about combating Imposter Complex, the more I realize that everyone who holds strong values of integrity, proficiency and excellence–– struggles with it from time to time. But what do I know better than anyone?

See, I’ve been coaching since 2007, but I’ve been talking about Imposter Complex CONSISTENTLY since 2012.
And year after year, I bring up the truth that Imposter Complex ALWAYS returns.
It will try to give you a smorgasbord of reasons to debunk so Your ICONIC Impact can get derailed.
But I call bullshit. You’re not a train taking the wrong track. You KNOW where you’re headed. Now, you’ve got to stop giving tickets out to unwanted passengers.
