You’re not meant to keep stopping before the magic happens. 

You’re not meant to let your life lead you. 

You’re not meant to apologize for your ambition.

You are intended for more — for greater and for good.

You are meant to expand.

You are meant to stop stopping.

You are meant to be a model for those coming up behind you.

You are meant to take up the space the universe has carved out for you and you alone.

About me

As someone who has struggled with the under-earning that comes from people-pleasing, the stress that comes with perfectionism, the missed opportunities that comes with diminishment, the overwhelm that comes with leaky boundaries, the frustration that comes with procrastination, and the exhaustion that comes with comparison, it’s safe to say that developing the Impeccable Impact process has literally been my life’s work.

I live and breathe the process, in every aspect that MATTERS in my life.

And because of it, I just may be the happiest, most aligned person you’ve met. And when I get out of balance (and I do), I come back to the same tools I’ll be teaching you. The tools that helped me move from sideline watcher to successful business owner, leadership mentor, teacher, writer, and (well-paid) TEDx speaker. And it’s my deepest joy to help you understand how YOU can lead with Impeccable Impact.

I’ve taught the process to tens of thousands of people (so far!) through workshops, trainings and live events, individual coaching, and group coaching programs like the Starring Role Academy and the Your Impeccable Impact Immersive.
