Something ICONIC is coming.
For a very long time, I have taught Leaders how to step into their Starring Roles.
It’s been rich and deep and wide.
And lately, I’ve been teaching Disruptors how to lead with Impeccable Impact.
This has ALSO been rich and deep and wide.
(Not to mention extremely smart, practical, and actionable. The results have been astounding.)
One thing that’s been made extremely clear is that I NEED folks to know that they are already ICONIC.
AS. THEY. ARE.
With their divinely appointed gifts and strengths—AND WITH their perceived areas of weakness.
Not in spite of.
WITH.
Now, the Imposter Complex does NOT want folks to know how ICONIC they already are.
Which is precisely why I say you can’t spell ICONIC without IC.
TWICE.
(See that?)
It WILL try to come for you as you’re starting to understand your ICONIC self, and it WILL disrupt you when you’re finally getting comfy there.
That’s just how it works.
And I am called to show you that.
I eat, sleep and dream of it.
In fact, I’ve dreamt up a new program that is devoted to helping folks become more of their ICONIC selves.
AND?
I’m gonna be honest…
I don’t know 100% how it’s all going to come together. There is a form and a structure to it, but I’m leaving plenty of space for the magic that I know will come through.
I’m building on 20 years of jaw-droppingly powerful courses and programs.
Here are the details as I know them
It will begin May 3rd (Tuesday)
It will be 8 weeks long
I’ll be capping this first cohort to a smaller number for richer exploration
The price is the lowest it will EVER be
Weekly calls and lessons will be held on Tuesdays at noon ET (60 minutes, but I allot up to 90 minutes in my schedule)
There will be a private community group for on-going discussions (Which I NEVER do….my work doesn’t typically lend itself to groups, but this body of work is a departure and I’m going with it!)
What I don’t know:
I don’t know if I’ll ever run this again. Maybe this came to me for the purpose of ONLY working with the first group who jumped into the adventure. Maybe this came to me to get some clarity about this part of my book.
That’s not false scarcity…that’s just truth. I really don’t know.
But here are more things that I know:
+ I know it will ask you to bring what you’ve got (even if that doesn’t feel like a lot given the state of the world right now).
+ I know it will ask of you to go to the edges of your conditioning and to not just meet yourself, but to kiss yourself there.
+ I know it will be an exquisite container for like-minded Intrepid Icons to explore and splash around.
+ And finally, what I know above all else is this:
I KNOW YOU ARE WHO YOU DECIDE YOU ARE.
Understanding your ICONIC ways will create an immediate and massive impact on your life, business, vocation and leadership, because it will change the regard with which you hold yourself in real and foundational ways.
When you are an ICON, everything becomes not only possible, but done.
